Strata IT provides customer relationship management software for small and midsize businesses across a range of industries such as Health, Food and Hardware.

Founded in 1990 and based in Dublin, Ireland, we designed Arcos as a simple to use yet powerful Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for small and medium sized businesses. It has been engineered from the ground up to focus on maximising efficiencies for the entire sales team.

Back then, sales representatives were equipped with a very large laptop and a device to wrap around the earpiece of a public telephone. This is how the orders were sent to the warehouse.

We have come a long way since then – now the sales team have visual engagement with their customers showing very creative presentations on the iPad. They can then email a copy of the order before leaving the customer.

One thing has remained the same however, the importance of a well prepared representative calling to customers.

We are delighted to have launched this year our Customer Ordering App. An app that compliments territory managers visits to allow their customers to order any time anywhere. And it is company Branded!
